Tiffany Boyer moved to Arizona 10 years ago and quickly fell in love with the healthy lifestyle that surrounded her new environment. It wasn’t long before she became a certified yoga teacher at Sumit’s Yoga Studio in Phoenix. Tiffany yearning to do more for her clients quickly expanded her education into other aspects of exercise and nutrition.

After being selected for Master Chef’s top 100 applicants, she started designing bespoke meals for clients with unique dietary restrictions. It was through this experience that Tiffany realized that fitness and nutrition cannot exist separately. As a creative plant-based chef, Tiffany has been creating unique vegan meals that provide ample amounts of protein and are healthy alternatives for clients with dietary restrictions.

Tiffany has spent years becoming certified in all aspects of health, from Yoga to Barre and most recently The Lagree Method. While a Yogi at heart, Tiffany quickly became attracted to the mindfulness of The Lagree Method. She currently teaches this low impact, high intensity spring based class here in Scottsdale and Phoenix.
